Return & Refund Policy

Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours with photos.
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
We arrange reverse pickup in most cases; if not, you can self-ship and we’ll reimburse standard courier costs.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
Replacements are available for damaged or incorrect items, subject to stock availability.
